Spondylolysis with spondylolysthesis

Lateral (A), coned down (B) and frontal (C) radiographs of the lumbar spine show bilateral pars defects (white and black arrows) with anterior displacement of the L5 vertebral body in relation to S1 vertebral body of less than 25% of the total superior vertebral body length (= grade I spondylolysthesis).
