Diagnosis: Nephrolithiasis - Nonobstructing renal stone
Ultrasound image (top) demonstrates a shadowing (dotted arrows) echogenic focus within the left lower renal pole (white arrow), consistent with a renal calculus. Non contrast CT (stone protocol, lower image) demonstrates again the high attenuation calculus. There are no signs of obstruction in either CT or US.
