Shower of pulmonary emboli
Multiple luminal filling defects are seen in the segmental and subsegmental branches of bilateral pulmonary arteries (arrows), consistent with a shower of acute pulmonary emboli. The more central luminal location of the emboli speaks more for an acute event.
