Diagnosis: Brain metastasis to cerebellumNon contrast CT of the brain demonstrates a low attenuation area in the medial posterior aspect of the right cerebellar hemisphere. Also noted are higher attenuation foci within that area (black arrow), suggestive of acute blood and concerning for a hemorrhagic neoplasm. Contrast enhanced CT shows enhancement of that mass (white arrow). There is associated marked surrounding edema causing mass effect on the fourth ventricle (dotted white arrow).
