Diagnosis: Acute right PCA infarct
Noncontrast CT of the head (top left) shows an about 2cm low attenuation area in the right cerebellar hemisphere. MRI of the brain demonstrates increased T2 signal (top right) and restricted diffusion (bottom row) corresponding to the abnormal hypodensity on CT scan.
