Diagnosis: Subdural hematoma - chronicAxial noncontrats head CT shows a small mildly hyperdense extra-axial fluid collection over the right convexity, most prominent in the frontal region measuring 7 mm in maximal diameter. There is minimal, if any underlying mass effect. The density is minimally more prominent than CSF, suggesting late subacute to early chronic subdural hematoma.
