Diagnosis: Orbital blow out fracture – inferiorCoronal reformatted facial CT in bone window shows a blowout fracture of the inferior right orbital floor (white arrows), with a1.7-cm fragment displaced inferiorly about 6-mm (white arrow upper image). A corresponding degree of orbital fat herniates inferiorly with the fragment (asterisk). There is marked soft tissue swelling and subcutaneous as well as orbital air. There is also minimally displaced fracture of the inferior maxilla just superior to the hard palate insertion (black arrow) as well as mild diastasis of the frontozygomatic synchondrosis (dotted white arrow). Upper and lower images are at slightly different levels.
