Diagnosis: Aortic aneurysm rupture
There is a partially thrombosed abdominal aortic aneurysm, extending into both iliac arteries (asterisk). Mixed attenuation material is surrounding the abdominal aneurysm as well as both iliac arteries and is also seen in the peritoneal space (white arrows), compatible with hemorrhage. Higher density material within the fluid (black arrows) is indicative of active hemorrhage. Note is also made of air fluid levels in several bowel loops, compatible with ileus,
