Diagnosis: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
There is a completely occluding left common femoral vein thrombosis (asterisk, upper image). Veins (V) are not compressible (compression image to the right). Furthermore, spectral Doppler ultrasound does not reveal any flow within the vein (double arrow), confirming complete occlusion.
