Diagnosis: Urethral injury with small bulbar urethral tear
Retrograde urethrogram shows a narrowed segment of the bulbar urethra with a subtle irregularity of the contour of the posterior wall of the bulbar urethra (black arrow, lower image = magnified view). The catheter has been advanced and the tip is now projecting outside the lumen of the bulbar urethra (white arrow). Also noticed is a small amount of contrast extravasation adjacent to the catheter tip.
