Diagnosis: Obstructing ureteral chain of stones

Chain of distal left ureteral stones (mid-size arrows, upper image = magnified view) causing left hydronephrosis (long arrow), evident on the left IVP. Note is made of surgical clips inferior to the ureteral stones (short arrow), not to mistake for stones.
