Diagnosis: Nephrolithiasis - Nonobstructing renal stone (staghorn calculus)

There is a Staghorn calculus in the right kidney (upper image, black arrow). Also noted a right double J ureteral stent (upper image, white arrow) - likely placed because of stone obstruction. Lower image shows CT in axial, coronal and sagittal reformations as well as the full KUB. Renal low densities are cysts.
